How do I request roadside assistance?
Select “Get roadside help” and complete the request form with your location, contact information, vehicle, and service needed. You can also scan the QR code on this page to open the form on your phone.
Do I need an account or an app?
No. The public service request form works in your browser. Employee and business partner accounts have a separate login.
What information should I have ready?
Your exact pickup location, a phone number where the team can reach you, and your vehicle’s make, model, and color. For a tow, include your destination. For a flat tire, let us know whether you have a spare.
Where do you provide service?
TowFlow serves Rochester, Buffalo, and Western New York. Include your exact location in the request so the dispatch team can confirm coverage and coordinate assistance.
How soon can someone arrive?
Timing depends on your location, service needs, traffic, and driver availability. The dispatch team reviews your request and coordinates the response; submitting a request does not guarantee an arrival time.
